This is the usual barangay hall, only upgraded. This government center is located in Novaliches, Quezon City.

The idea was conceived with the intention to give a mini-city hall experience to people. The center has 4 floors and a lower ground parking, lobby, reception area, and a roof deck where meetings and gatherings can be held alfresco. It has a business center with a waiting area where they can transact government services all in one place. For indoor gatherings and formal meetings, there is a multipurpose hall, a session hall, and a conference hall. There are offices of officials and other barangay services.
