A 3-storey office building of a private construction company in Examiner, West Ave., Quezon City. The office building has two elevators; one passenger and one freight elevator. On the ground floor is a covered parking area that can accommodate 16 cars. There are a lobby and hallway, electrical, pump room, generators, and loading area or bay for deliveries. On the second floor is where the warehouse is located together with the office. There are more offices on the third floor.

There are sun baffles on the west side of the building which serve as the sun control and shading devices that can reduce building peak heat gain and cooling requirements. It also improves the natural lighting quality of the building. Solar panels can also be installed to reduce electricity consumption. The steel design makes the building look neat.
