The tunnel will be an underground pass from San Juan Government Center to the San Juan Museum. Its inspiration is the El Deposito or The Deposit; an underground water reservoir in San Juan in the late 1800s.

People can walk conveniently and safely from the San Juan Government Center to the Museum which is located beside San Juan Park and city hall. The underpass has advertisement boxes for companies to post their publicity materials.
